BAD SERVICE
Hi, I called to cancel my brothers insurance policy (I have authority to work on the policy). I spoke to Nomfundo Mkhwa**** who assured me that the pol is cancelled effective from the 11.11.25 as i moved to commercial still under budget, she advised that I send the schedule from budget which I sent. There was no acknowledgement of her receiving it even after numerous emails sent to her. I just need to know whether the refund has been processed as I was supposed to get it today and I haven't received it. I would like the money to be refunded in my account now as I am expecting it today. Brothers ID NO - *** - PT Mphahlele. My details - Lebogang Mphahlele - ***
