Bad service

I'm so disappointed with the company. I took an insurance with a month. I called in to cancel. The guy who was helping was asking me questions about the company I'm with now. I told the it's cheaper. After I request the conciliation, they still debited and they are telling me I'll get my money with 10 to 14 days. Which is madness. They did a mandate debit. I cant reverse it. Nowt i have 2 fat car insurance that debited. Its affecting my expenses. Now I'll have to explain to my Land lord why I'm late with rent. I'm so angry
