Bad service experience - Budget inethical business, hidden informations

I am currently insured with Budget on 3 assets : 2 cars and 2 buildings. I got involved in an accident on 12/02/2021 and in 3 days my claim got approved but the car is going to unapproved BMW Repairer.By the time I took insurance my vehicle was still on warranty but warranty expired on 28/01/2021, 2 weeks later got involved in an accident.

On 1st Feb 2021, same amount of premium got deducted even though the car was no longer under warranty. When asking the lady dealing with my claim why the car has been approved to go into unapproved repairer she told me that all cars out of warranty go to unapproved repairers.

She is not able to answer questions like : 1.Where in the policy it has been stated that if car is out of warranty, then if car is involved in an accident it will not go to approved repairer? 2.Why Budget is still deducting the same premium like before when the car is still under warranty even failing to notify its clients or reduce premiums with some form of notifications that premiums are being reduced as the cars will now go to unapproved repairer in case of accident ? 3.Why every year during the annivesarry premium gets increased to keep up with the market but when involved in accident cars dont go to approved?

She said unfortunately she will try to followup with her manager, 3 days later when I tried to followup she is sending another colleague of her to deal with me only to find out she never followed up with her manager because this new colleague only explained to me different rates that are being changed by approved and unapproved repairers.

Sure its all about cost savings hence you are sending cars to unapproved. Why Budget is still deducting the same premium like before as if the car will go to approved repairer without notifiying the clients? BMW recommendations is the car also need to go for quality check if it was not repaired by their approved repairers and Budget says there will be life time guarantee

Please I need answers to all my questions before approaching Ombuds and sharing this ********* business you conduct to the public.

And until today there is no feedback and very dissappointed. You know you are saving as approved reparier is charging R33000 and you sending me to unapproved so you can pay R13000. Do you want me to tell the world how you operate?
