Bad service experience

It all started on the 31 of July when I got in an accident called budget to help me with logging a claim, for the claim to be approved it took a good month while they were investigating the claim of which the claim to be finished was a hustle but luckily they approve my claim at the end, my car was taken to this other service provider to fix the car, i was not happy with their reviews that I sow about them I then asked for my car to be mover to a different pernalbeater of which they did move the car as my request, since July the 31 till today my car is still with budget and their service provider every week they postpone their ETA, they are straggling to find one simple part "inner tray for the fender liner", today I called in to let them know that I am still awaiting for my car I was advised that they will investigate the matter and give me feedback in 48 hours if you do not want to be part of the people who are complaining id advice you not to buy insured from Budget cuz their customers service is poor n their service provider they are working with
