Bad Service Ever

Im getting a bad service again from this company, they have been debiting money from my account for the scratch and dent including renewal of car disk, this morning I spoke to Dineo and she offered me a call back i asked when will you call she said immediately, and then she called me around 16:30 and claiming she have been trying to get hold of me and she didn't she gave me bad service then she transfered me to Khabonina, khabonina made me hold the line without any explaination then she ****en dropped the line on me, i want my ****en money back and i want to cancel this stupid policy i am very unhappy
