Bad service

Good day

Am so furious where i am , my dad and i did a claim regarding one of his cars which i was the one using it , i got an accident unfortunately my dad had not updated anything yet cause he relocated to venda Limpopo so am staying at North west ,we were planning to update new address for the car and put me as a regular driver as am his daughter unfortunately we never thought i will get an accident so now we were claiming at the Budget insurance since the 6th of August ,so today they called us that they have decided to write of the car without telling us,they are not going to pay anything due to the reason up there and they are giving us 48 hours to come fetch our car at the auction ,my dad has been with them since the first car now this is the second car but they have just decided to write us out without telling us. Kindly please advise if its fair am not happy about their service at all meaning also the one that my dad is paying the insurance for they going to do the same???😡
