Bad service

I am so disappointed and amazed at how budget insurance does things, my claim was responded in saying that I was at fault and they state that I wasn't driving at a safe speed and that their client did. And then they say in essence I was supposed to have had clear view of the road?? If I was wrong why did your client admit to him being wrong? Whoever does these so called investigations is sitting in their office and thinks of cunning ways to rob people. Now my car has a dent worth about R6000 yet they are offering me a fraction of the amount it will take to fix my car. It's like driving on the road and you get hijacked and then they come back and say you should've been vigilant. This is nonsense! You guys are making lots of money and taking advantage of us in the process. I am truly angry and mad.
