Bad Service

Bad Service. I have submitted a maintenance claim with budget insurance for my regarding the mechanical problems in my car, however the insurance refuse to pay the claim and they reason behind the refusal to settle the claim were not alluded to me when I took out the policy.

During the time when I took the policy I was informed that the all the mechanical problems are covered and today when I submit the claim I was informed about all these nonsenses that are not covered, therefore if the matter is not addressed as soon as possible.

Now I'm stuff with a car that can have a breakdown any time.
