Bad service

Bad service ever, I would recommend it to anyone, they booked my car for hail damage to the panel beaters for a long time without checking the progress with the panel beaters. I went to the panel beaters only to find my car still not worked on. They don't have a turn around time to give to the panel beaters. I struggled with a courtesy car, they told me to wait for the recordings afterwards they can't even arrange for me the extension of the car hire. Am struggling to take my kids to school and get to work because is the only car I have.
