Bad service,been a loyal client for 10 years

I have been a loyal client of budget insurance for 10 years and the service I received this month after I put a claim in for my Cellphone that I have been paying insurance for the last 2 years was absolutely disgusting , and to think I was going to move my business and car insurance over to budget . This was a wake up call no matter how long you a client with budget insurance when it comes to claiming they are bad . I don't want to recommend anymore people to them as this personal experience made me sick . Sies!!!! I no they will not respond to this post.
