BAD SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS

The worst Insurance one could ever go to, I got bumped at the back 3 weeks ago till to today BUDGET INSURANCE they have not assist me.

They want to take pictures and assess from there and they say they wont pay because the damage is less than the excess to only find out the assessment was more and they have been taking me for STUPID but they debit my account every month. I will fix the car and we are pulling out of this Insurance. I have been waiting for a week to take my car in for assessment still nothing no phone call NOTHING
