Bad service and ******* from budget insurance
We are experiencing bad service from budget insurance regarding policy payout, they don't want to pay stating details and documents are not submitted for regular driver.

22 Feb 2023, 05:59What makes me angry is we have been paying insurance premium for two years and even today a debit order went through and we never claimed , but the first time we claim they reject only because of misunderstanding between regular driver and second driver, they say we should fetch the car where it's stored within 48hrs . This is bad treatment and will be sure to tell everybody about it.

What makes me angry is we have been paying insurance premium for two years and even today a debit order went through and we never claimed , but the first time we claim they reject only because of misunderstanding between regular driver and second driver, they say we should fetch the car where it's stored within 48hrs . This is bad treatment and will be sure to tell everybody about it.
