bad service and false promises

I am writing regarding the poor service i have received from budget insurance i lodged the claim after i had an accident the agent i spoke to told me that i am covered with comprehensive cover to my Suprise when i received the letter from budget saying i am covered for the third party only. i lodged the complaint but they keep protecting their employer then to provide what they told me they will, after they declined the claim, they told me from Monday that they will be returning the car, and they said it will take 48 hours till today still waiting for that delivery. The service is very poor and bad.
