Bad service and experience

I was involved in a car accident on the 23 June in Kuilsriver and the car was towed and put in a Budget storage in Sarepta. It was late so I had to try and get to Bellville where I can get money from the bank and get a taxi home to Kraaifontein and I reported the accident in Kuilsriver police station the next day and after getting an Accident report, I reported the accident to Budget insurance. June 27 I got a call from Thelma saying that they went to evaluate the car and it is a write off and they will investigate further. The following week Wednesday I got a call again from Budget telling me that they had proof about the accident from the witnesses. The next morning Thursday I received an email from Petro saying that I should provide him with my bank statement and contact details of my passengers and brother, and I sent him everything Monday morning the 08 July. On Tuesday morning I got a call saying that my claim my rejected because I was drunk off which I don't even drink alcohol. So I am not sure if why I am being insulted about being drunk. I sent an email to Petro to provide me with proof and never returned to me. My policy was canceled and I got a call saying that they are removing my car from the storage and will be delivered to my house.

When the car was delivered my wife was there to receive it. This is what happened "when they brought it, the guy told me that they are bringing back my car. He told me that he is going to drop it outside and I must find people to help me to put it inside and when I asked him why can't he put it inside the yard, he became rude and said it's not his job to do so. When they took it off the truck the renault sign at the back door was missing and it a bump at the back door and asked him what happened. He became defensive and rude and asked me if how will he know that because his just delivering the car. After that I asked for help from my neighbor and the other guys on the road to help him and put in the car inside the yard. After helping him to put the car inside the yard, he served me with the paperwork to sign. I told him that I won't sign because of the bump and missing sign, he became rude again and swear at me saying that Budget made a right choice by rejecting my claim and he will make sure that it stays that way and he went to the truck with unsigned papers and left." I sent Petro an email again about the behavior of the driver and damage in my car and he never reply.

When I took a policy with Budget I thought it was the best company and I will be treated right like other people but the service I got was bad. I made a claim when my car first got in an accident and it was rejected within 5 days claiming that I didn't provide the relevant information within 30 days I was give off which my claim was 5days reported. I had to call in many times disputing the rejection until I was told the matter had been resolved. I was told that everything was sorted and Auto magic, Bellville will be fixing my car. When I got there nothing was sorted and I had to call in at Budget again, on that day I had to go home again and wait for Budget to process everything until I called in after 3 days to find out how far the process and it was resolved. Now budget is rejecting my claim insulting me with being drunk.

If I knew that when I took the insurance policy with budget or some one would have warned me that my journey with budget will not be easy I also had to pay a lawyer that will represent me, I would had done that.
