Bad Service and debits

I had activated a policy with them and after a week, i called In to cancel as I had found a better deal, the retentions agent was rude and did not want to hear me out, i was put on hold for quite a while am to my surprise after asking if there would be any debit the lady said no, today the 20/01 there has been a R250+ debit which is so upsetting and misleading. Highly not recommended.
