Bad Service amd attitude

today I had bad service ever and bad attitude consultant.<br> Sometimes last year I called for my car insurance to be review and they told me to call this year in February then it will be reduced, then today I decide to call and they transferred me to some guy name of Thami, when I explained to the guy he started giving attitude telling me how impossible it is but then am trying to explain to him that they said I must call this year in February since I haven't claim in two year but the guy was very rude then I requested to talk to his supervisor he told me that his supervisor his in the meeting then I requested to be called back by his supervisor at 10:30am till now am still waiting, am a client here I could have gone to other insurance but I choose budget but the service they giving us is very bad am an unhappy client now.
