Bad service again from client services

After complaining about an unfortunate incident that i went through when i asked for towing service about a week ago, i was called by the Budget client services division and assured hat the matter would be addressed and that i would be receiving a refund within 3 working days. This was last week Monday(27 June 2022). I again followed up with a call on Monday and was assure that this refund would reflect on Tuesday(05/07) and that i would be receiving a call on Tuesday as a follow up and confirmation. Today its the 7th of July and i still haven't received the refund or any call from Budget updating me on the status of this refund. If this is the kind of service that we receive on simple issues, i just wonder what will happen should one have claim??? This is really bad for the business and i have been shopping around to see if i can move away from Budget!!!!
