BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed in them because my partner have been with them for years and has never claimed. Last month he was involved in an attempt hijacking but they couldn't take the van because he ran them down with the the van and damaged the car. So he opened a case and lodged a claim with them, however they denied him and said that his car damage is not consistent with the hijacking implying that somehow he is lying. What i don't understand is that why would he be lying about hijackers wanting to take his van? or the insurer wanted the evidence of bullet holes in the van or maybe he should have died for them to believe that this happened to him? Well long story short, Budget Insurance did not assist him and he had to cancel them.
