Bad service

I am very disappointed in budget insurance services . I got hit by estate gate about a month back and they still haven’t fixed my car or even shown any progress or initiative to fix my car . No feedback, no follow up . Nothing at all. They want me to keep calling them and they always give the same excuse . They trying to find a loophole so that they won’t cover the car . I am so disappointed by the manner they do things . Such a big and well known company.
