Bad service

I lodged a claim on the 14th May 2021 for an accident I had on the 14 May 2021. The assessment on the bike was done it was declared a write off. The senior consultant was only in contact with me 7 days from the date of the claim, she requested the following documents from me, ID, Drivers license , AR, Witnesses Numbers, Details of towing company, service history and I was made to sign a consent form, which I did. It was used to obtain any other information they required. The senior consultant Nombuso was very rude and disrespectful. Chone the insurance inspector claimed that I was dishonest about the claim while all the information was handed to them. They since said they will look for the recording of when I took up the insurance cover with them, up to date I still haven't heard anything from them since they said they will not be paying out and that they will bring back the bike to my place. I still have not received the bike
