Bad service

I had a problem with my car today, needed roadside assistance, budget insurance failed to help me, they told me that my cover doesn't have roadside assistance, I even sent them a proof showing that I have that on my policy, but unfortunately they couldn't help me, had to spend a lot of money so that my car can be towed back home, but even month I am paying, paying for what exactly.
