BAD SERVICE

I have been insured with Budget Insurance since 2023, and the accident in occurred in May 2025. The claim was rejected on the basis of speculation that I had allegedly caused the accident deliberately.

I would like to formally raise the following concerns:

I disclosed that my vehicle did not have a tracker installed. I have since been informed that the claim decision was partly based on data extracted from the vehicle’s braking system, which showed a warning light related to a faulty ABS. My question is: "Why was data from a faulty or compromised system used as primary evidence to decline my claim?" If the ABS warning light indicates the system was not functioning correctly, the reliability of the data should logically be in question and should not be used against me without proper technical validation. During my dispute, I was told that my case is “complicated.” However, despite this complexity, the decision to decline the claim appeared to be made very quickly and without adequate investigation or technical assessment.

The question still stands:

Why data from a faulty system was considered reliable evidence????????
