Bad service

Budget insurance, service very bad , I regret to be insured with this brand , the only thing they focus or care is the premium. My car was towed to their storage on the 13th , to date was never called or informed . They assigned me Nobuhle Cele to be the one informing me of the development, the lady doesn’t care , she doesn’t call . It’s me who always do the follow up . I’m very disappointed . If this how they do their business, then I don’t recommend this to my friends or closest family members
