Bad service

They should actually not even get a one star. I am a client of theirs for several years now and recently I had to put in a claim. They broke down my outer buildings door and stole the whole content of the freezer witch was a full *** cut and packed in 2 kg packs, because it was an outer building and that it happens that from time to time friends bey a packed or two from me Budget declined my claim stating that I was selling some of the meat it is a business and that I should have taken out business insurance. I am staying on a small holding and is single, now they want to consume a whole *** by myself in a month before it go bad. Or just to give it away. They do not cover the door that needed to be replaced or the yogurt that was in my cold room.

Today I was informed that they will not pay another claim of mine because a child or very small person was put through a 10 15 cm gap to open a door from the inside. I was also asked why I keep a drill press and a high pressure washer on a small holding.
