Bad Service

I have complained before and it doesnt work. I have sent tons of emails to Marcel August but my emails either got ignored or an empty promise is made. My agreed debit order date with Bugdet insurance is the 25th of every month. Have repeatedly emailed Marcel about the inconvenience that is caused when the debit order goes off 3 days before the agreed date but am not getting anywhere.
