Bad service

I'm khanyi. I spoke with gugulethu from budget insurance,was doing a for my car. He was very helpful n through out he kept telling me they have a problem with the IT depardepartment bt the end of our fone call he gave me the price I would be expected to pay except when he sent me the policy schedule the prices were not what we agreed on I emailed they called n promised they would fix it this on the 2nd of October . today its the 21st and still I haven't been called or sent the new amended policy schedule!!! This is incompetency and very much unprofessional I demand that they fix this or else I'm cancelling
