Bad Service

I wrote a review regarding the issue I had some time ago and Budget contacted me and they started following up on the matter and I was happy for that moment until now recently I took my car for reworks and the windscreen was fixed but the other reworks on the car could not be done.

I called the assessor to as why the panel beater did not fix the gaps between the headlight and the bumper and also the A/C, the assessor (Phepisi Manewa) said he got a report from the panel beater and they could not fix it due to some reason so he the assessor concluded the reason was caused from the previous reworks that was performed on the car before I joined Budget and Budget will not take responsibility of fixing those two issues.

I then told him that the car might have been in some reworks before but that does not mean it was not done properly. I then told him that my car was taken for an inspection prior to joining budget as it is a requirement and if he goes to his archives and retrieve that inspection report he will see that all was well and there was no damages on my car. His response was that the only reason the cars are required to go for inspection is that they just want confirm if they insuring the correct vehicle (in my mind I was like why would anyone call to insure a wrong car). With that said he said he is not going to fix those gaps and also the A/C that I reported as part of the reworks.

He started being too loud and not giving me an opportunity to state my side of the story as I was asking him difficult questions that he could not respond to then I decided to hung up the phone as there was nothing concrete that was coming out of the conversation.

- Firstly the panel beater that my car was taken to did broke the windscreen and they did not say anything about it and due to the rush time when I picked up the car I did not see it until I got home. - Secondly I also noticed that the paint in the from bumper is having some defects and I did send the picture to the assessor but he chose to ignore me and not say anything on that issue. - Thirdly he the assessor is the one who was the loudest when I took the car to him for assessing and he agreed that the gaps are too much and that they need to fix it.

I want budget insurance to look into this matter as it has been going on for some time now, it has been 7 months now and you can't even fix a 8K claim for me. How will I trust you with even more bigger claims if you can't help me with this small claim. I want my bumper gaps fixed, my A/C checked and fixed and the paint since I am not happy due to contaminating on the paint, I also want it repainted, I don't pay half premiums month end so I expect you to do the same during claims. I tried calling the manager with no luck.

The assessor did make contact with me and I did confirm that I will make contact when available.

I am making contacts now since 5 weeks ago and there is no response from your assessing department. I try calling and sending emails but Manie Boshoff is not coming back to me.
