Bad service

Today its exactly 2 months 5 days being carless yet paying insurance every single month. Budget Insurance took the car to Gateway Autobody panelbeaters. The last time I spoke to them they said they are waiting for the parts. After that day i told myself that I won't contact them again until I hear from them because I was tired of fighting this people every other day. Ever since the car went to the panelbeaters I have never gotten any correspondence from them, I had to do the calling all the time until Wednesday (09 May 2018), a lady called Samantha from Gateway Autobody panelbeaters called me and told me that they received the parts on Monday (07 May 2018) and that the car is with the panelbeaters and that I will get the car probably on Friday (11 May 2018) otherwise on Monday (14 May 2018). When I called on Friday I spoke to Samantha and she said that the car went for assessment I will get the car on Monday (14 May 2018). On Monday (14 May 2018) when I called Gateway Autobody panelbeaters and I spoke to another lady whom I forgot her name and she told me that Samantha resigned on Friday (11 May 2018) and that they are still fixing the car. WHY THE LIES? Why are this people being dishonest? The sad part is that the damage is not that bad but it taking them more than 2 months to fix the car. What ****es me off more is that Budget Insurance doesnt car, the sent my car to a useless panelbeater and they are not even bothered by the fact that this panelbeater unprofessional and a bunch of *****. I involve Budget Insurance by making conference calls with them and the panelbeaters thinking that if they are involved things will go smoothly. But guess what. They don't give a damn, I mean their their premium, why should they bother. All I want right now is to get my car Back and I am cancelling this nonsense on an Insurance. We sacrifice money every month to pay the insurance premiums so that we do not get inconvenienced for a long period. With Budget we are just covered in disappointments and lies.
