bad service

<p>I need to report a bad service I have received from budget insurance, I have noticed that they did not capture my tracker certificate and as a results I have been paying a higher premium. I have been communicating with their agents via email, however I have not received any correspondence since 17 May and they are no longer responding to my emails.</p>
