It's been over a week I put in a claim for scratch and dent but it's still not resolved. It's been a week now and Corne who's apparently a manager, has not yet returned my call

And now I'm being told that the scratch on the bumper claim is not approved. So what does scratch and dent policy cover? The bumper is scratched but the policy doesn't cover it. This is daylight theft
