Bad service

Bad customer service ever; I have called them to request the Easy pay ref number because the one I have its refusing to go through, the person I spoke to told me that they cnt give another ref number I must just wait for the system to send me, this put me at risk because mean I have to wait until the system send me the new ref number while my car is not covered, I need to make cash payment to avoid risk of driving without paid up premium. My day ruined by the service that I received today.
