Bad review
On the 24th on November 2024 around 10:00 in the morning, i went to the shopping centre to get a copy of my key, i left the man bag that had my phone inside car, i went back home when i arrived at home i noticed my bag and my phone were not there. I went to the police station to report the incident and also filled in the insurance claim to my insurance of which they rejected saying the was no visible evidence that show the car was broken into. I mentioned it to them that it could be a car jamming case, they say they don’t cover that of which i was never told that when i took the insurance in fact the policy documents that they sent me don’t have those terms and conditions.

I did get a response from Budget, they said they sent me the policy documents in 2021 when i took the policy, I'm not contesting that the issue that I have with that is that they did not send me terms and conditions that specify if your items are ****** in a car are not covered. The said there's a link that was send on the document that was sent for me then.
They told me they're going to listen to call records and come back to me, because I'm disputing the fact that they say they told me about the link to follow for terms and conditions.
I think It's only fair for insurance companies to mention and send you terms and conditions of the agreement that you're entering with them especially if its going to impact your claim at a later stage.
Thank You
