Bad news Budget
<p>During April 2016 my wife had an accident and drove over foreign,unknown objects in the road. Budget now claims that the damages is not related to the incident,even after I have submitted various independent reports obtained from 5 seperate individual service providers. The case was with the Ombudsman,but as you know,the Insurance Companies pay their saliries,so why will they support the public!!</p>

Update:
We have had the opportunity to investigate the matter and cannot fault the decision made not to pay for certain damages that was excluded from the claim.
The claim was referred to the Internal Dispute Resolution department who had reviewed the matter, and could not fault the decision either.
You have redirected your claim to the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance, who could not fault our decision to exclude some of the items that you are claiming for and the matter was ruled in our favour.
We have also reviewed the matter and we cannot fault the decision herein.
Since all avenues were exhausted herein, and taking all of the above into consideration, we confirm that we are now closing our file.
