Bad marketing

I requested a quote on budget then they told me that I need to install Netstar tracking device in my car, I rep**** that I do have a tracking device in my car and it is also a monitoring unit, they still insisted I install Netstar then I canceled the budget insurance now I'm stuck with a Netstar device in my car meaning I have 2 tracking devices instead if one and I never liked Netstar in the 1st place, worst Netstar is now harassing me to make payment. It is not fair that I should pay for something that I never requested if budget does not solve this Netstar issue I will be taking it to the ombudsman beacuse they selling Netstar product or marketing netstart in a wrong way. Bad bad service by budget insurance
