Bad Insurers to do business with

<p>I am writing this post to warn anyone considering using their services, I bought a new car on the 9th of December 2016, unfortunately for me the next day( 10 December 2016) a drunken driver crashes into the back of my car. I follow all the proceedings of reporting an accident , do an accident report with umlazi police, get the police to do a blood test on the other driver to assess whether there is liqour in the other driver's system, police opened a case and arrested the driver. To my dismay I have given Budget insurance all the details i.e AR NO needed by them and went to the assessor of their choosing to get the car assessed, Budget insurance has also deducted their monthly premium from my banking account, but still they have the audacity to say they are still awaiting to confirm the premium before finalising my claim but when I call their call center they say they can see that the premium has been deducted ,which is becoming clear to me Budget Insurance is trying its utmost best to avoid fixing the car. So please people avoid using Budget Insurance don't let your attraction be bought by the good ads on TV.</p>
