Bad Experience with Budget insurance

I've claimed as a 3rd party from 7 August 2025 and the claim was approved. So Budget insurance offered me an amount of R33k, which I was not sure if the Amount will fix all the damages. They suggested that I should to my preferred panelbeater and ask for a quote, and the was R78k which I sent it back to them to see a difference from what they are offering. They refused the quote saying their assessor is accurate with the quote they did and that I should remember my car if out of warranty. I then suggested that they should tell me where they did the quote so I can take the car there and let them fix it and me giving the company authorization to communicate with Budget insurance, they still said thats not how they do things for a third party!. I called and asked them so what could be a way forward cause all I want is my car to get fixed? They suggested a panelbeater which the work with and which they did their quote at, which is "Automatic". I went to Automatic did the quote and the quote was R83k, sent them the quote. The called and told me that they will send and assessor to come assess the car cause they still don't agree with the recommended company they suggested.

Yesterday the 19 September 2025 I gave them a calling saying since they said they will send an assessor and it was after a week of me waiting for the assessor. Only of fine of that the is no assessor that was found for me and they couldn't even give me a date of when to expect the assessor.
