Bad experience with Budget insurance

Budget insurance is a nonsense of a company. I always have to call them to get an update on my claim. Last week they said and assessor will give me a call to make arrangements, but that hasn't happened!. They even said the person whos handling my case is on leave and apparently that was all a lie, cause she called me the following day after putting my complain up here, and that's when she was able to call. Today I called and asked to speak to her, they saying she's on leave "again". And there is no form of communication with the assessor.

It's been 2 full week now waiting for an assessor.
