Bad experience stretch and dent

2 months back I took a policy with budget for my vehicle, both the main insurance and stretch and dent. When taking up the stretch and dent policy I was not told that it doesn’t cover for accident other wise I wouldn’t have taken It. I submitted a claim on the 25th of November still no one told me it doesn’t cover for stretch and dent! 2 weeks later I had to call them for a follow up only to tell me it won’t pay, truly not happy with this
