Bad experience, contact number not working, no respond from emails

i dont know what do anymore with this insurance, after my last call with them they still gave me contact number that is not working, been trying to get hold of them with no luck, i want to cancel my account with them, since September i emailed Deshnie, asking her to cancel my account and not bill me for October but what a waste, she never bother to respond till today and i am still paying for insurance that will not help me in times of need, is there anyone who will ever take me serious in this insurance, i regret the day i subscribed to them, the worst experience i have ever had.

The below email was send on the 13th of September, till today no respond.

I would like to cancel my policy from the end of September, please do not bill me for October thank you.
