Bad example
I was stuck at home,called budget for road site assistance,the guy only called me once to find out if the tow truck was on site,the tow truck guy didn't even know where to take the vehicle...Ithe worst experience ever as I needed my car to be towed to the nearest dealer, its been over 2hours and no call from budget.im canceling my insurance
