BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so furious with the service I am getting from BUDGET INSUARANCE ,since I launched the dispute regarding my claim they have not resolved my case , apparently they have decided to take back the car which they told me that they are giving me 48 hours to fetch my car if not they will start charging me storage fees ,which I ended up fixing it by myself so as we speak my car has been fixed. As a client I am not happy about the service and I will end up deciding to cancel the remaining car and house insurance with them because of the unfair service they are giving to me.
