Bad customer service

I am very dissapointed in the service im getting from Budget Insurance. They are quick to debit your account but when they need to refund you they take there time. Please SA, dont even bother to take out a policy with Budget Insurance as they are useless.

I need my refund ASAP. You are quick to debit but when it comes to refunds now i have to wait, im not waiting any longer i need my money today, AND IT CAN BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!
