Bad Customer Service and Premiums Increase

I received a notification from budget insurance to increase my premiums. Budget insurance doesn't really care about their customers. I've been working from home since last March was never offered working from home discount and now they are increasing premiums during this difficult time. It's time to shop around for better insurance
