Bad customer service

Bad service I've ever had, my car was involved in an accident the towing came everything went well up until I wanted my sound system that I fitted in the vehicle but it was nowhere to be found and the pictures the towing guy took shows that there was a sound system and an extra battery but it was ****** at their towing yard and now one wants to take the blame I've been following up since October 2025
