Bad Customer Service

Hi everyone I've been with budget about 2 years and I've been a loyal client without submitting any claims. I have various policies with budget all amounting to approx. R2000 pm. Last week was the first time I've submitted my claim to the mechanical warranty department. I've explained to them that it's Christmas and the places are closing and I need my vehicle as I'd be driving down this upcoming weekend to Langebaan. They've mentioned on Friday last week that they are prioritizing and escalating my claim to the claims assessor's department yet my claim was only being assessed today. I was then informed it might take another 48hours if there's extra documents that they feel they might require. Mind you, I've called countless times to ask if it's been escalated why is my claim still being regarded as " their normal turnaround times". Currently budget is telling me theres nothing they can do to expedite the claim to receive an outcome and their hands are tied. Mind you my vehicle is currently at the garage & already stripped! As they had to diagnose and see where the problem is coming from. So this means I cannot go and collect my vehicle for any reason being as budget still has not paid the dealer for stripping and diagnosis. They are quick to offer new policies and deduct money from you but when it comes to assisting a client with a claim and generally considering their well-being they are extremely inconsiderate!!!
