Bad customer experience and mis-information.

Staff is friendly but fail to help or show any interest in helping. I canceled the insurance before even taking delivery of the vehicle as I decided not to go through with purchasing it. Agent assured me that I would not be debited and my profile was canceled. Got debited any way for a service I didn't even use and now I have to wait at least 3 days for a refund to be made because they need time to do it. It was very quick of them to debit me tho after telling me that it's canceled. Many agents dropped the call on me or kept transferring me to person to person and failed to help me each time and on top of that being left on hold 5 minutes at a time. Very unprofessional and *********.
