Bad customer care

I recently got a car break down and the car was towed to the nearest garage.but the garage in question could not assist in resolving the matter for more then a week .when I asked budget insurance to assist me with the towing they blatantly refused they didn’t seem to care that it was costing me my income for the car to stay un repaired . I feel like if they value they customer and the money we pay them each month they would have assisted
