Bad cellphone insurance

Hello Peter I had a cellphone cover with Budget insurance since November 2016 i had a premium of R94.00 per month that's what we had agreed on then paid R94 for a few months which imcreased to R109.19 without anyone notifying me I continued paying till today I recieved a text saying my policy has been cancelled..When I phoned they said they did not receive a payment for December as far as I know it went through so I asked them to re-instate my policy amd only found out that it has increased to R149 hence my bank did not authorize the debit for december again they would have increased my premium without telling me. They say the reason for the increase is because they are trying to phase out the cellphone insurance so they only getting money from their remaining clients i am so disappointed with their service after paying for a policy for more than a year without any claims i ended up with a cancelled policy.
