Bad budget insurances

So after an assessor came and inspect the repair or lack there of I was told last week that a rental car would be issued to me...However yesterday I was told that a rental will only be issued once my car is been booked in to repiar the repairs..The car will be towed in..So in the mean time I must wait.What nonsens is this?Surely the rental should have been issued once they have concluded that they are in the wrong..Now I must wait for them to collect and booked my car in.In the meantime I am stranded.This company does not care about its customers and takes forever to reply on a simple email.Bad service again but I am not surprised
