BAD BUDGET

I am so VERY unhappy with Budget insurance! Yet I stay with them because they are the cheapest but they are not people of their word at all. Unfortunately I lost my book with notes regarding all conversations with dates. They boast that everything is recorded but that is a lie.

You have to keep on calling for hours only to be transferred to someone else and in the end get cut off. They promise to call back but it has happened very little. I regularly call up my airtime with Budget insurance.

Last month I accepted a quote from Auto & General, but a consultant explained to me that it would not be better.

Unfortunately I have no names my notebook is gone. I asked that it be please ensured that the premium should go off every 2nd of a month and if it falls on weekends or holidays it should NEVER go off before the 2nd of the month. It has now gone off again 29/05/2025. If this happens again there will be no money and there will be extra costs for me. I called them, but I'm still waiting for someone to call me back.

BUDGET IS VERY BAD!!!!
